MyEasyFarm recruits its first Business Developer in Germany to develop the commercialization of its Precision Agriculture platform and related services.
Missions:
- market analysis and identification of potential prospects / distributors in Germany
- collaborate in the action plan and in the definition of the company's sales & marketing strategy by raising customer expectations
- opening and launching of the office (Osnabrück region)
- partnerships with local universities, AgroTech Valley, DKE-Data, AEF associations, German agricultural equipment manufacturers
- canvassing / sales / support / loyalty building with agri-food / agri-equipment intermediaries (cooperatives, agricultural traders, equipment manufacturers, dealers, etc.) who will be our intermediaries with farmers.
- animation of the network of our distributors
- participation in trade shows, web conferences
Profile:
- Higher education: Master's degree with a specialization in Digital Agriculture or equivalent
- first experience in the German Precision Agriculture market
- sense of relationship and customer service,
- autonomous, organized, power of proposal
- passionate about computers and precision agriculture (agricultural equipment, Isobus terminals, agricultural software, etc.),
- mastery of IT tools (SalesForce, Office, Zoom, ..)
- startup culture enthusiast
- knowledge of English is mandatory
