Draw your recommendation card yourself, using this article!
Create your recommendation cards
You can create your recommendation cards in several ways:
- From a satellite map, of biomass (NDVI) for example(proposed to the user according to the options subscribed).
- From a grid, available by clicking on "Create MY recommendation map", this option will allow you to create your own zones with the desired quantities.
- By modifying an existing recommendation/soil map, you will therefore keep the zones present on the recommendation/soil map to adapt the quantities of each zone.
Create your recommendation map from a satellite map
To do this, select a plot and click on "Satellite maps" and then on "Create a recommendation map". A window like the one below will then appear. You will then have to fill in the colour you want to assign to each zone as well as the value assigned to the latter, the units vary according to the type of product: in kg/ha for solid fertiliser, in l/ha for crop protection products, etc. Finally, click on "Add" to generate your map.
The "Automatic Total" button allows you to view the stock required for the field. By changing the value inside, the values of all the fields will change to allow you to calculate the dose for each field in proportion to what you have requested, based on your available stock.
To do this, choose a plot, click on "Recommendation maps", then on "Create a recommendation map", at the top right of the screen. If you already have recommendation maps, they will be found in "ACTION".
You can draw your own zones and assign the desired values to them. Here, click on a color at the bottom of the map, then draw on the map by holding down the left mouse button. You can choose the size of the grid, the opacity and also the number of zones of different colors. The desired doses are entered in the boxes to the right of the colors.
NB: For perfect accuracy, you can uncheck "Fit to borders" and go well beyond the borders of your plot. This will smooth out the boundaries. Once you've finished coloring, you'll need to "Adjust to borders" again.
Modify an existing recommendation map by keeping the zones
NB: This procedure also works to transform a soil map into a recommendation map.
To do this, select a plot with at least one recommendation map, click on "Recommendation maps", then once on the map of your choice, activate the "ACTION" button in the top right-hand corner of the screen and click on "CREATE A PRECOMMENDATION MAP". A screen similar to the one below will then appear.
You can then change the colours of each area by first selecting the desired colour from the legend at the bottom of the map and then clicking on the area you wish to change on the map. You can reduce the number of areas and change the input quantities on the left side of the screen.
