Why does MyEasyFarm collect personal data?
- MyEasyFarm collects data for the following purposes: analysis of website behavior, sales operations, after-sales service, commercial canvassing, creation of accounts on the solution, providing users with access to the solution's functionalities; communicating with users when they request useful information on the solution, via the contact form available on the solution, the website and/or any other means of communication (email, telephone); for statistical purposes.

1. Automatically collected data

3. Data collected when you contact customer service
You are likely to transmit personal data to us when you contact customer service, so that we can process your requests. Here again the legal basis is Article 6.1.b of the RGPD. For example, in accordance with French law, we are obliged to keep payment and billing information for a period of 10 years.
Data processing
MyEasyFarm informs that it will process data in a lawful, fair, transparent, adequate, relevant, limited, accurate and up-to-date manner. Therefore, MyEasyFarm will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is deleted or corrected without delay if it is inaccurate. A MyEasyFarm agent may contact you by telephone to verify the accuracy of the information provided.
MyEasyFarm will process your data in order to fulfil its contractual obligations to print your order, manage your customer account and provide access to the solution and its services. Without this data, we may not be able to provide and invoice the services ordered.
MyEasyFarm will also process your information to send you promotional offers and product information if you have given consent to do so. You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing and product information at any time by updating your contact preferences in the "my account" section of our website or by contacting customer service.
User rights
In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 GDPR, regarding the data we hold about you, you have the following rights:

Data transfer
MyEasyFarm may transfer data when necessary for the management of a request for installation made from the forms of the site, or for sending an order (for example to subcontractors such as installers for the qualification of your installation project, graphic designers and / or workshops or carriers such as DHL, TNT, UPS, and the Post Office).
This transfer of data will be carried out in compliance with the guarantees, measures and rights provided for by the legislation in force on the protection of personal data and in accordance with this privacy policy.
Safety measures implemented
MyEasyFarm is committed to ensuring the security and integrity of your personal data. Duration of data retention
The length of time we keep your data varies according to the state of the law and when the constraints are lesser, according to the recommendations of the CNIL and our needs. For example, we must legally keep invoices for a period of 10 years. Invoice data is therefore kept for 10 years.
