MyEasyFarm is a SaaS platform for dMRV (Digital Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification) of NbS (Nature-Based Solutions) in agriculture, using data and AI to measure, track, report, and verify environmental impact. 

It covers the two main categories of agricultural NbS—ALM (Agricultural Land Management), which is central to regenerative agriculture and Scope 3 tracking for the agri-food supply chain , and ARR (Afforestation, Reforestation & Revegetation) in agroforestry—across both insetting and offsetting projects. 

Through its collaborative SaaS platform, MyEasyFarm data from farmers—including satellite imagery, FMIS (field management software), soil analyses, weather data, and agricultural machinery data (via the ISOBUS/ISO 11783 standard)—as well as paper records, photos, videos, and voice recordings—and virtually any available agricultural data—to document the production plans for each crop. 

Based on this data, MyEasyFarm generates reliable and verifiable metrics that help agri-food industry players meet their sustainability commitments (SBTi, CSRD, etc.) and enable low-carbon project developers and funders to manage their projects. These indicators also connect farmers to financial incentives such as carbon credits and industry CSR bonuses for regenerative agriculture, while strengthening agricultural resilience and supply security. 

MyEasyFarm the Verra VM0042, Gold Standard, and Label Bas Carbone methodologies, with support for the European CRCF framework coming soon—all aligned with the ISO 14067 and GHG Protocol standards. 

MyEasyFarm is currently used by numerous agri-food manufacturers and cooperatives (Bunge, Mars, PepsiCo, Unilever, Danone, BayWa, Cristal Union, Tereos, Givaudan…), carbon project developers (Anthesis, MyCarbon, Regeneration, Gaiago…), and more than 30,000 farmers.

Job Summary

As Country Manager for DACH, you will lead the expansion of MyEasyFarm in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will combine strategic business expertise with in-depth technical understanding to propose tailored solutions that meet customer needs and align with MyEasyFarm innovative offerings. You market our solutions using a consultative approach throughout the sales cycle, ensure a smooth implementation, and foster lasting partnerships, all while gradually building out MyEasyFarm presence and team MyEasyFarm the region.

Main Responsibilities

Development and Management of the DACH Market

  • Define and implement MyEasyFarm growth strategy MyEasyFarm the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and report on the results.
  • Structure the establishment of the German subsidiary (processes, initial pilot deployments) and gradually build the local team.
  • Expand the portfolio of clients and partners: agri-food manufacturers, cooperatives, and carbon project developers.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop business opportunities, and build the sales pipeline across the entire region.
  • Represent MyEasyFarm the agricultural and AgTech ecosystem of the DACH region (trade shows, networks, networking events).
  • Tailor our offerings, messaging, and content to the specific characteristics of the markets, industries, and regulations in the DACH region.

Sales of Solutions and Customer Engagement

  • Engage with customers to understand their specific challenges and goals, positioning the company's solutions as the ideal answer.
  • Adopt a consultative sales approach by identifying pain points and developing tailored value propositions that demonstrate ROI.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to identify customer needs and align them with the company's capabilities.
  • Conduct customized demonstrations and presentations that highlight technical features and their business impact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by serving as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.

Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals, with a focus on solution-based selling.
  • Generate leads through targeted campaigns, follow-ups, and industry networking events.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information about customers, opportunities, and progress made.
  • Prepare and manage proposals, RFPs, and quotes, ensuring they are aligned with customer needs and company objectives.

Solution Design and Pre-Sales Support

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions that are integrated into clients' operations.
  • Manage and configure demo environments, ensuring that they showcase the full potential of the company's tools.
  • Support the technical pre-sales process by answering customer questions, addressing objections, and building confidence in the product's capabilities.
  • Tailor workflows and technical solutions to meet specific customer needs, including integrations with third-party tools.

Implementation, Onboarding, and Customer Success

  • Oversee the technical implementation for new clients, ensuring a seamless integration and compatibility with their existing systems.
  • Conduct training sessions tailored to client teams to maximize the use of the company's solutions.
  • Develop and maintain educational resources, such as tutorials, user guides, and FAQs.
  • Develop and maintain a success plan for each client, including key milestones, checkpoints, and regular performance reviews.

Collaboration and Product Feedback

  • Work with the R&D and Product teams to share customer feedback, market trends, and feature requests.
  • Participate in discussions about product roadmaps to ensure that the company remains at the forefront of industry needs.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Technical teams to refine the messaging and positioning of our solutions.

Profile required

Required Qualifications

  • 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree — degree in agronomy or agri-food engineering from a renowned German institution (e.g., TU München/Weihenstephan, University of Hohenheim, University of Göttingen, University of Bonn).
  • 🛠️ Proven experience in business development (minimum 5 years), ideally with initial experience in market leadership or business management. Experience in the SaaS, AgTech, or sustainability solutions sectors is a plus.
  • 🌍 Fluency in German (native level) and English is required (reading, writing, speaking, C1 level) due to the international work environment and the creation of English-language content. French is a plus.
  • 🖥️ Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce), and AI (Claude), and project management platforms (Jira, Confluence).

Compensation

Competitive compensation based on your profile; stock option grants after 12 months of employment.

Contract Type

Permanent contract under German law (Festanstellung), with the DACH subsidiary currently being established.

Location

Germany — flexible work location (hybrid / remote work). Regular travel throughout the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) for client meetings and fieldwork.
