USB Key Transfer
1. Importing a task
On your PC :
- Upload your task from the platform
- Insert on the key
- Extract the TASKDATA folder from the .zip file, to do so, open the .zip file and move the TASKDATA folder to your USB flash drive.

- You can delete the zip file
- Unplug your USB flash drive
On your console:
On the Claas Console, tasks can be named "Worksites". Depending on the version of your console, the word "Site" can be replaced by the word "Task".
- Insert your USB flash drive into the dedicated port
- Click on Menu
- Click on "Construction sites".
- Click on " TASKDATA Archive " (1)
- Select the corresponding file (2)
- Click on "Activate" (3)
- Click on Menu
- Click on "Construction sites".
- Click on the desired building site
- A window appears, confirm by clicking on "YES".
- A progress bar is displayed
- Start the task by pressing the
- Once the task is started, the button changes color.
- A message is displayed to confirm that the task has started.
Click on "YES". - The task can be paused if necessary
- Once the task is paused, the button will change color.
2. Exporting a task
On your console:
- Click on Menu
- Click on "Construction sites".
- The current task appears. To stop the task, click on
- Then click on the "Import/Export" button further down on the same page.
- Click on "Export the site".

3. Miscellaneous settings
Check activations
In order for "Section Control" and/or "Variable Rate" to work, the display must be unlocked with a specific license. If the display is locked, please inform your local distributor in order to purchase this activation. To view the display unlocks, from the main screen, go to : Menu -> Settings -> Subscriptions Make sure that "ISOBUS TC LOW", "ISOBUS TC GEO", "ISOBUS TC SC" is activated.
To check if the tools are compatible with the cross sectional area and variable flow, do the following:
- Section control: Menu -> Tool -> Hardware name -> Tool settings -> Controller type -> Section control.
- Variable Flow: Menu -> Tool -> Hardware Name -> Flow Controller Settings -> Controller Type -> Section Control -> Select "Variable Flow".
Enable / Disable Task Controller :
- Click on Menu
- Click on Configuration
- Click on TC Settings
- Switch the TC version to 3 to activate the TC or to not active to deactivate it.
Set the priority of the Task Control :
- Click on Menu
- Click on Configuration
- Click on TC Settings
- Change the instance number of the Claas task controller (1 = high priority, 32 = very low priority)
