The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (Mapa) released this Monday (31) the list of startups selected for the semi-final of the Smart Farm Mapa Conecta challenge.
The initiative aims to connect startups with investors and gas pedals to develop their businesses with solutions for the grain production chain. The challenge is the result of a partnership between Mapa, Sebrae, AgroValley, Sociedade Rural do Paraná, go Agritech, Cocriagro and FB Group, and is on the agenda of AgroBit Brasil, one of the largest events focused on innovation for agriculture in Brazil, which will be held at the Parque de Exposições Governador Ney Braga, in Londrina (PR), on November 8 and 9, 2022.
The selection phase was based on information provided by the startups themselves. The objective was to present solutions in the fields of Green Techs and Food Techs. In the semi-final, each startup will have five minutes to present its pitch to the jury, composed of investors and experts in the cereal industry. The committee will have five minutes to ask questions. Pitching can be done online or in person.
